Neighbor dispute turns to name-calling

| May 1, 2020 1:00 AM

A woman told the Kalispell Police Department she was outside playing with her children when her neighbor started screaming at her and calling her a pejorative term for a working woman. The woman being harassed said this was an ongoing issue.

Someone called the KPD because there were “a bunch of individuals at [a] skatepark.”

A woman was concerned because her ex-boyfriend was coming to her house to get a hoodie.

Someone said he “heard a disturbance a couple houses up” but there was no further information about the incident.

A large box fell out of a truck and the driver didn’t appear to notice. A few people cleaned up the debris and cleared the roadway.

A neighbor wanted a welfare check on his older neighbor after he hadn’t heard from the older man, his phone went straight to voicemail and he saw mail piling up in the neighbor’s mailbox. The older man turned out to be away at a retreat.

A vehicle with teenagers was apparently speeding through a neighborhood and they caused an “incident” earlier in the day.
