Neighborly dispute gets wet and wild
A man told the Kalispell Police Department his neighbor sprayed his mother with a hose after his mother tried to videotape the neighbor yelling at her.
A woman received a text from a man who threatened to kill her if she didn’t give him money. She hid out at her friend’s house and called KPD, who told her this was a common phone scam and advised her not to give money over the phone.
A homeowner wanted to a file a report after his neighbor came over and banged on his door.
A man was seen lying facedown in Depot Park in Kalispell. The person who spotted him said he was unsure if the man was “sleeping or anything.” It turned out the man was fine and he reported he was just lying down.
Someone suspected a man was off his medication when he showed up at a location, “cleaning and moving things around.” The caller wanted KPD to remove the man, but he ended up leaving the area on foot.
An elderly driver was seen driving slowly with flashers on, swerving into the oncoming lane. The poor driver eventually reached their destination.
Someone managed to accidentally call 911 while “trying to dial Helena.”
A man with a black X on his forehead was suspected of camping out in the bushes by a chiropractic office. He packed up his belongings and left.
A woman said her ex, who had been living in her storage unit, stole some items out of it. She wasn’t sure exactly what he stole, and she wouldn’t say if the items had been jointly owned by the couple. She promised to call back with more information.
A “young male transient” who reportedly seemed “hyped up on drugs” was talking to himself and pacing back and forth. The manager of the location where he was spotted asked for him to be permanently banned from the property.
An observant driver believed he saw a drug deal happen at a gas station. He reported he saw people in two different cars “exchang[e] packets and money.”
A 2-year-old and a 3-year-old boy were missing for about 15 minutes, but then they were located.
A woman was concerned because an unknown vehicle had parked in her driveway. It turned out a neighbor’s girlfriend had accidentally parked it in the wrong driveway, and the neighbor promised to move the car.
