No. 27010 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit application: FDP-20-03 A request by Monte Klindt for fill for driveway construction, and commercial buildings within the area mapped as Zone AE 100-year floodplain. The applicant is proposing two phases for the placement of structural fill for building construction, fill for a driveway and placement two commercial structures on the property one with heating, plumbing and electrical, the other with only electrical from above. The volume of fill to be placed in Phase 1 is 536 cubic yards and the second phase would place an additional 3,224 cubic yards of fill. The subject property is located at 1347 Highway 2 E in Evergreen, MT and can legally be described as Tracts 8, 8D, and 10D in Section 04, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
