Arliss Jean Stringfellow, 87

Arliss Jean Stingfellow, 87 years old, passed away on April 29, 2020, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born in Lead, South Dakota, to Glen and Ella (Charlson) Redinger. As a young girl, she moved to Vancouver, Washington, where she graduated from Battle Ground High School. On Dec. 20, 1952, she married Martin Stringfellow, known to his friends as Budd. They were happily married for 65 years in Columbia Falls before moving back to Washington to be closer to family.

Arliss was a lifelong member of Old Apostolic Lutheran Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, great- grandma and friend. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her husband Budd String-fellow; daughter Linda with husband Tim Rosenlund; son Larry with wife Rachel Stringfellow; brother Bill Redinger; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Arliss was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Robert and Earl; sisters Shirley, Ruth, Karen and Lilian; her son Les; and grandson Chad.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on May 7 at Old Apostolic Lutheran Church on 1610 Dike Access Road, in Woodland, Washington.
