Flathead Health Board: Order to restrict large indoor gatherings fails on tie vote

A public health order that would have placed a 500-person cap on indoor events and gatherings in Flathead County failed on a tie vote during a virtual Flathead City-County Board of Health meeting on Monday.
The decision comes about two weeks after the board voted to take no action on a very similar order that would have placed the limits on all gatherings, not just those scheduled to occur indoors...
