Clara (Cricket) Dorothy Swartzenberger, 70
Clara (Cricket) Dorothy Swartzenberger, 70, passed away on Oct. 31, 2020, in Kalispell.
She was born Aug. 17, 1950, in Sidney, Montana. For her first five years, she was raised in Culbertson, Montana, but she spent the rest of her life in Kalispell.
She married Ron Swartzenberger in January 1966, in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. They had two daughters — Joy and Tammy — and divorced in July, 1984, after 18 years of marriage.
Mom left the world as she lived it — on her terms! She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and being very active in her church. Cricket will always be remembered for her spunky wit, infectious laugh and always being willing to help others, even when she couldn’t. She will always be missed!
She is survived by her daughters, Joy Brechel (Eric) and Tammy Olson (Danny); grandchildren, Corey Smith and family from Kalispell; Jamie Cofer (Camron) and family from Yelm, Washington; Jeffery Schultz (Candace); Kevin Smith (Courtney) and family; Treven Schultz; Tiffany Keck (Robert) and family from Kalispell; Stacia Olson from Cut Bank; and Tiahna Kushmaul from Kalispell; and sisters, Phyllis Druesdow from Billings, and Micki Rasmussen from Washington.
A celebration of life will take place at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 7, at Family Life Church, 1075 Foy’s Lake Road, Kalispell.
