No. 27362 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit application: FDP-20-18 A request by Water and Environmental Technologies on behalf of Yang and Nancy Wu for fill, and a non-residential within the area mapped as Zone AE 100-year floodplain. The applicants are proposing the placement of fill in order to build a detached deck. The volume of fill to be placed below the calculated BFE is 1,415 cubic yards. The subject property is located at 1020 Eastman Drive in Bigfork, and can legally be described as Tracts 1, 2, and 3 in Sections 22, 26 and 27, Township 27 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
