No. 27380 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit application: FDP-19-17 A request by Water and Environmental Technologies on behalf of PacificCorp for excavation, temporary fill and stream bank stabilization within the area mapped as Zone AE 100-year floodplain of Swan River. The applicants are proposing to remove contaminated material from the Swan River. Two temporary ramps will be constructed to access the work site and approximately 233 square feet of steambank and existing riprap will be impacted. The subject property is located at 291 and 295 Bridge Street in Bigfork, and can legally be described as Tracts 2 and 2C in Sections 36, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, and Tracts 2 and 3E in Sections 31, Township 27 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
