No. 27293 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: ALTERATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY PORTION OF MARTIN ROAD, MARTIN CITY, MT The Board of Viewers has reported to the Flathead County Board of Commissioners on the proposed alteration of a portion of the public right-of-way in Martin City, Montana that can legally be described as follows: A portion of the deeded right-of-way in Section 04, Township 30, Range 19, as shown in quit claim deed in book 148, page 308, records of Flathead County, MT. Notice is hereby given to the petitioners or landowners, as disclosed by the last assessment roll of Flathead County, owning land abutting the portion of the Martin Road right-of-way, as described above, that it is being considered for alteration. The public hearing on this petition will be held on October 20, 2020 at 9:00 o'clock a.m. in the Commissioners' Chambers, Third Floor, County Courthouse, 800 South Main, Kalispell, Montana.
