Clothes thief's act caught on camera
A man called the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office to report someone stole all his clothes at the laundry the previous night. He called back and said the laundromat owner had surveillance video of the thief.
A woman said she was receiving billing invoices from a cellphone provider. But she said she never signed a contract with the provider.
Another wireless provider reported someone cut several ground cables and stole them.
A woman called 911 after she adopted a cat from the shelter and the cat began having health issues. She wanted to be reimbursed for her problems.
A school employee reported someone attempted to file an unemployment claim in his name after the state Department of Labor and Industry notified the school. He said he had spoken with Social Security, credit bureaus and the labor department. He also said his mother received mail about the claim, so his address was used. The man chose to not file a complaint but wanted it recorded in case something else occurs.
A older, wiener-type dog named “Cowboy” was on the loose in the neighborhood again.
An anonymous caller was concerned about the noise, speed and safety of several teenagers driving motorcycles up and down the road in front of the house. When an officer checked, there were no cyclists, but further checking was planned.

A woman alone at home with her 3-year-old child was scared when someone knocked on her door. Her concerns stemmed from the fact she had past domestic violence issues with the son’s father, but she hadn’t heard from him in years. Fortunately, it turned out to be a misunderstanding when a neighbor knocked.
An older man carrying a 12-pack of beer was nearly struck when he was walking in traffic. He was safely taken home.
