No. 27333 RESOLUTION NO. 2527 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO SELL VEHICLE TO BIGFORK RURAL FIRE DISTRICT WHEREAS, pursuant to § 7-8-101, M.C.A., a county may sell or trade to any city, town, or political subdivision, as the interests of its inhabitants require, any property, however held or acquired, that is not necessary for the conduct of the county business; WHEREAS, Flathead County owns and possesses one 2013 Ford F150 vehicle that the Flathead County Board of Commissioners has deemed to not be necessary for the conduct of Flathead County business; WHEREAS, Bigfork Rural Fire District wishes to purchase the vehicle for $6,000.00; and WHEREAS, the Flathead County Board of Commissioners has determined that the sale price of $6,000.00 for the vehicle is appropriate; NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Flathead County Board of Commissioners intends to sell one 2013 Ford F150 vehicle to Bigfork Rural Fire District, at the price of $6,000.00. The Flathead County Board of Commissioners shall meet on November 5, 2020 at 9:00 o'clock a.m., local time, in the Commissioners' Chambers, Third Floor, Old Courthouse, 800 South Main, Kalispell, Montana, to consider a resolution authorizing the sale of the vehicle to Bigfork Rural Fire District in Bigfork, Montana.
