Flathead's Skyleigh Thompson named to soccer watch list

Skyleigh Thompson, a senior soccer standout at Flathead High School, is on the watch list for the 2020 High School All-American game set for May 29, 2021 in St. Louis.

Thompson is a three-time first-team All-State player for the Bravettes, and was the Western AA Player of the year in 2019 after notching a state-best 24 goals and 11 assists. She has 39 career goals and the 4.0 student has accepted a scholarship to play soccer at the University of Montana in 2021.

The game, sponsored partly by Adidas, dates back to 2011 for the boys and 2013 for the girls. The contests have been streamed by topdrawersoccer.com.
