Helen Major, 92

Helen was born Helen Woods May 25, 1928, in Oilmont, Montana, to James and Marie Woods. As a child Helen and her family moved to the Flathead where she attended school.

In 1946 Helen married Julius Major in Great Falls. They resided in the Flathead where they remained and raised five children,

Helen was employed at several local businesses, such as a switchboard operator at Ma Bell phone company, Rexall Drug and Montgomery Ward.

Helen passed Monday, April 19, 2021.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband Julius, her daughters Judy and Janelle, her son Charles and granddaughter Hallie.

Helen is survived by her sons Jay and Wintzel, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren

A memorial will take place at a later date.
