Job Service Kalispell will host its monthly Blueprint for Business Success Seminar at 12 p.m. on April 27 via Zoom videoconference.

April’s topic is Wage & Hour Laws and Independent Contractor Exemptions in Montana.

The presentation will address current requirements, common misconceptions regarding Montana wage law and the Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate program. It will provide clarity and increase understanding of different types of employment relationships.
