Kruise Kalispell to host fair parade

Kruise Kalispell will host this year's Northwest Montana Fair Parade at 10 a.m. Aug. 20 in downtown Kalispell.
There are a dozen categories for parade entries, from floats and hots rods to horses and walking groups and more. The entry fee is $35 and helps cover the cost of the event.
First prize will be $750, second prize $500, third prize $250 and fourth prize $100.
Four levels of parade sponsorship are available: Platinum at $2,500, Gold at $1,500, Silver at $750 and Bronze and $350. Sponsors get mentions on social media, flyers and other shout-outs, with some receiving full-page "thank you" newspaper ads.
