No. 28132 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 76-2-205(1), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a change in the zoning designation in a portion of the Blanchard Lake Zoning District from AG-40 (Agricultural) to SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural). The boundaries of the area proposed to be amended from AG-40 (Agricultural) to SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) are described as: Tract 1 of Certificate of Survey No. 11481, located and being in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2 SW1/4) of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. The regulations defining the AG-40 and SAG-10 zones are contained in the Flathead County Zoning Regulations on file for public inspection at the Office of the Board of Commissioners, located at 800 South Main, Kalispell, Montana, at the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office, 40 11th Street West, Kalispell, Montana, and on the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office's website, at: http://flathead.mt.gov/planning_zoning/zoning.php. No. 28199 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: FDP-21-15 A request by the Flathead County Road and Bridge Department for scour countermeasures for a bridge crossing in Zone AE floodway on the Stillwater River. The applicant is proposing riprap over filter material at the pier and riprap and geotextile fabric to replace the sloughed riprap on the south abutment. The bridge is located at on the Stillwater River on Whitefish Stage outside Kalispell and can legally be described as Tract 1 of COS 5261 in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 8, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. No. 28189 INVITATION TO BID Bids, for the Kalispell School District 5 - New Transportation & Maintenance Buildings Phase I - Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings - Kalispell, MT will be received at Martel Construction, Main Conference Room, 305 Hwy 83, Bigfork, MT until 1:00 p.m. local time, December 13, 2021. Scopes of work to be bid are as follows: Supply and Install Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings Also - bidders are to include: Structural Skeleton, All Exterior Wall and Roof Thermal Insulation, Metal Roofing & Siding, Exterior Flashings of Penetrations, Exterior Gutters and Downspouts, Interior Metal Liner Panel & Closure trims (4 sides), Anchor Bolt Drawings and Final Shop Drawings. Not included with the scope is: Man-Doors including associated Frames or Hardware, Window Systems, or Overhead Doors. The before mentioned scopes will be bid in a later phase. All bids must include appropriate taxes (Gross Receipts Tax), permits specific to their scope and wage rates. The current wage rates for the project are included in the construction specifications. This project consists of the construction of Two (2) Prefabricated Metal Buildings located in Kalispell, MT. The alternate for this phase is a separate open vehicle storage building. Although not required, bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference and site walk-through on December 8, 2021, at 1:30pm. The meeting will be located on site at Lot 4 of the Old School Station Subdivision, in Kalispell, MT. All subcontractors intending to bid the project will be post-qualified by Martel Construction.
