Cloyd Rex Peterson

Dearly beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend, brother and son, Cloyd Rex Peterson, passed peacefully into the arms of his beloved wife Ann on Sunday, Nov. 21, 2021.

Kindness, hard work, and selfless giving were the defining features of his life, and are the heart of his legacy.

He is deeply loved. His presence will be deeply missed, and his life forever celebrated.

Cloyd and Ann Peterson were devoted ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and faithful members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Together, their united efforts to love and serve their family and community through quiet acts of kindness will continue to have profound impact on all who knew them.

Cloyd is survived by sons Rick (Lisa Peterson) and Randy (Jodi Peterson) and daughters Suzanne (Patrick Barlow) and Shannon (Paul Clawson), 14 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son Gary, and beloved wife Ann.

There will be no formal memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, you are invited to honor Cloyd and Ann by contributing to the Humanitarian Aid fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
