DISCHARGE AT THE USGS GAGING STATION MUST BE MONITORED DAILY WHEN THE APPROPRIATOR IS DIVERTING WATER AND THE APPROPRIATOR MUST TURN OFF THEIR PUMP WHEN THE SWAN RIVER DISCHARGE FALLS BELOW THE TRIGGER POINT FLOWS. APPROPRIATING WATER WHEN DISCHARGE AT THE USGS GAGING STATION IS BELOW THE TRIGGER POINT FLOWS WILL CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF THE PERMIT CONDITION AND DNRC MAY REVOKE THE PERMIT.
