C-Falls holds off Eureka in boys hoops

EUREKA — Jace Hill scored 18 points, three more Wildcats reached double figures and Columbia Falls held off Eureka 68-65 for a nonconference boys basketball win Tuesday.

Cody Schweikert (14 points), Mark Robison (13) and Alihn Anderson (12) all filled the basket for the Wildcats, who led 35-25 at half.

Gavin Bates scored 29 for the Lions, including three third-quarter threes as the Lions rallied. Bates finished with six 3-pointers. Danny Dunn added another 18 for Eureka.
