No. 28210 INVITATION TO BID--Flathead Valley Community College is requesting Bids from qualified Contractors for the 2022 College Center Landscaping Project. The project is located on the Flathead Valley Community College Campus, located at 777 Grandview Drive, Kalispell, MT 59901. This project involves landscaping and irrigation for the College Center Building currently under construction. The anticipated start is in July/August 2022 with an estimated completion date in September, 2022. The one percent (1%) Montana Gross Receipts Construction and Montana Prevailing Wage Rates are both applicable. A Pre-Bid/Kick-Off meeting will be held on Campus on Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 at 1:00PM.
