No. 28240 Service Date: December 16, 2021 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATION BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF MONTANA IN THE MATTER OF NorthWestern Energy's Application for Automatic Rate Adjustment and Tracking for Taxes and Fees REGULATORY DIVISION DOCKET NO. 2021.11.129 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND INTERVENTION DEADLINE On December 14th, 2021, NorthWestern Energy ("NorthWestern") filed with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission") its Application for Automatic Rate Adjustment and Tracking for Taxes and Fees ("Application"), reflecting changes in its state and local property taxes. NorthWestern's proposed adjustment results in a revenue decrease of $10,834,136 for its electric utility service and $2,380,044 for its natural gas utility service. Any person directly affected by the Application who desires to be a party in this proceeding must petition to intervene no later than December 23, 2021.
