No. 27432 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HIGHWAY 93 NORTH ZONING DISTRICT The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 76-2-205(1), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a change in the zoning designation in a portion of the Highway 93 North Zoning District from SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) to I-1H (Light Industrial Highway). The boundaries of the area proposed to be amended from SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) to I-1H (Light Industrial Highway) are described as: Tract 1 A Tract of land, situated, lying and being in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana, and more particularly described as follows to wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 1, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, P.M., M., Flathead County, Montana, being a found iron pin; Thence along the north boundary of said NE 1/4, N89°56'44"W 663.97 feet to THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT OF LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED: Thence S00°08'04"E 672.57 feet to a found pin on the Northeast R/W of a 60 foot deeded County Road known as Scenic Ridge Road; Thence northwesterly along said R/W the following three courses: N19°01'47"W 371.05 feet to a set iron pin; N49°05'47"W 407.90 feet to a set iron pin, and N89°30'47"W 49.23 feet to a set iron pin on the east R/W of U.S. Highway 93; Thence along said R/W N00°08'29"E 54.74 feet to a point on the north boundary of said NE 1/4; Thence along said north boundary S89°56'44"E 476.79 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.765 Acres. The public hearing will be held on the 11th day of February, 2021, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the Commissioner's Chambers, Third Floor, Old Courthouse, Kalispell, Montana. At the public hearing, the Board of Commissioners will give the public an opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed change to the Highway 93 North Zoning District. Written comments are encouraged and will be reviewed by the Commissioners prior to the hearing if received by the Flathead County Commissioners' Office at least three business days prior to the hearing.
