Law roundup: Something is stinking up guy's furnace
Someone called the Kalispell Police Department to report his belief that a man poured urine into his furnace exhaust. A health department employee told the man to call the police. When an officer tried to make contact with the alleged victim, he hung up.
A woman said a drunk man was harassing her and her kids. She said when she drove away, he “flashed” them. He was described as tall with dark hair and wearing a bright yellow hazard vest.
A pink-haired man scared a woman after she pulled into a parking lot. He told her to roll down the window and she told him to go away. An officer made sure she made it into her residence.
A woman reported being assaulted by a man who had consumed nine rum-based drinks. She said she didn’t want him to get arrested, but did want him “gone.” He was arrested and his record revealed prior partner or family member assaults.
A transient man was found sleeping in the entryway of an apartment complex. An officer took him to the warming center.
An alleged “bad” burrito resulted in a customer getting into another man’s face. He was moved along.
