No. 27456 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit application: FDP-20-15 - A request by Donald Gatzke Trust, with technical assistance from APEC Engineering, to place fill and alter existing structures within the 100-year floodplain of the Flathead River. The applicant proposes to place approximately 10,680 cubic yards of fill in an area mapped as Flood Zone AE to elevate the property, including existing residential and non-residential structures. The project would occur on property located at 1903 and 1907 Highway 35, Kalispell, MT, and further described as Tract 3IAA & Tract 3G in Lot 1 in Section 3, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
