Wildkats stay undefeated with conference win over Ronan
COLUMBIA FALLS — Hannah Schweikert scored a season-high 21 points for the Columbia Falls Wildkats in a 58-38 Northwest A girls basketball win over the Ronan Maidens on Tuesday.
Lakia Hill added 11 for the Wildkats, who are 6-0 overall and 4-0 in conference play.
Columbia Falls led 25-8 at the half, 42-23 after three quarters and outscored Ronan 16-13 in the final frame.
Peyton Rhodes and Lauren Falkner each scored six; Falkner also had 12 rebounds for the Kats.
Ronan’s Jaeleigh Gatch led the Maidens with eight points. Ronan is 3-3 and 1-1.

TROY — Kyla Bohne scored 17 points to lead the Eureka Lady Lions to a 52-10 District 7B win on Tuesday.
Katie Schmidt added 13 points for the Lions (5-1 overall, 3-0 conference), and Reena Truman scored seven.
Eureka led 37-8 at the half.
Elaine Solkerts led Troy with six points. The Trojans are 0-3 and 0-2.
