Man wants motorists to stop rowdy behavior

A Baker Avenue resident called Whitefish Police Department because people were driving by, laughing and throwing stuff at his house. He didn’t know what objects were thrown or how many people were involved, but said it needed to stop now.

A woman woke up and accidentally dialed 911.

Dispatchers tried to assure a woman calling from Seattle that her grandson was OK after she reportedly said his next-door neighbor was sawing him up. The woman said she had called before and that if nothing was done she was going to walk to the Columbia Falls Police Department herself.

A neighbor’s boyfriend allegedly charged through the door of a Martha Road resident, threw her on the ground and got into a pushing match with her husband.
