No. 27872 FLATHEAD VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FLATHEAD VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO ADOPT FINAL BUDGET AND PERMISSIVE MEDICAL LEVY Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 20-9-115, M.C.A. that the preliminary budget for the current fiscal year (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022) as prepared and adopted by the trustees, is on file in the Business Services Office of Flathead Valley Community College and is open to inspection by all taxpayers. Additional notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 2-9-212, M.C.A., that the Board of Trustees of Flathead Valley Community College, will hold a public hearing to receive comment on any increases to the permissive medical levy. The permissive medical levy is used to pay for premium contributions for the group health insurance program for College employees. The Board of Trustees will meet Monday, July 26, 2021 at 3:45 p.m. in the FVCC Board Room of Blake Hall to consider and adopt the final budget and permissive medical levy for the fiscal year. The meeting may continue from day to day until the final adoption of the budget. Any taxpayer in the district may appear at such meeting and be heard for or against any portion of the budget and the permissive medical levy. No. 27913 CITY OF COLUMBIA FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT The City of Columbia Falls is considering the issuance of a Floodplain Development Permit for the item addressed below. Application of a Floodplain Development Permit: A request by Jarrod and Anna Mohr for an after-the-fact permit to construct a small shed with deck that is partly located in the 100-year floodplain, a portable set of stairs, and set a wood fire hot tub that is also portable. The shed is approximately 100 square feet in size of which only three feet of it hangs over into the floodplain.
