Tribal small business workshop June 16

A small business workshop will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, at the IT Computer Lab in the old Tribal Complex in Polson. The event is being put on by the Native American Development Corporation Procurement Technical Assistance Center and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes Economic Development Department.

Robert Much will give a presentation on the “8(a) Contracting Program,” covering the requirements for 8(a) certification, the benefits and the application process.

The class has limited space and will be opened on a first-come, first-served basis.
