Law roundup: Man or beast, vomiting is disturbing
Someone told the Kalispell Police Department she heard something or someone puking outside. She wasn’t sure if it was man or animal, but her major concern was if it was a person, he may be belligerent toward her.
A woman called to report several cars that pull up to the room, people go inside for a few minutes, then leave. A dispatcher alerted officers the woman has a pending felony charge and is known to carry multiple handguns.
Someone reported his “wellness is not well.”
A woman reported credit card fraud. She said a man in L.A. used it to buy $6,500 worth of banners. Her credit card company alerted her of the scam.
A man waiting for his friend to come out of the store was using a mirror and shining it on others as they exited the building. An officer warned the person about doing it.
A motorcyclist crashed his bike in front of a grocery store, but was not injured. He bent the toe shifter and was working to find someone to transport the bike to his home.
A woman left her three kids inside a car while she shopped. The caller said one of the boys had a bloody nose, but it turned out to be the result of too much “nasal exploration.” An officer told the mother she should take the kids in the store with her.
A store clerk reported a very drunk man was in line to buy more alcohol. She told him he couldn’t buy more and he left. But soon he came back to try and buy more spirits. He was escorted from the store, but he remained persistent, entered the store again and fell asleep in the deli area. The man left again after damaging store property.
A caller reported someone getting into a white Chevy pickup at about 1:15 a.m. The person turned out to be part of a cleaning crew.
A woman said she found a hope chest that her mother reported stolen 30 years ago.
