No. 27598 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATION BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF MONTANA IN THE MATTER OF Big Mountain Water Company's Proposed Tariffs REGULATORY DIVISION DOCKET NO. 2019.11.095 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT On November 24, 2019, Big Mountain Water Company ("BMWC"), filed with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission") a request for approval of proposed new tariffs ("Application"). BMWC re-filed its request on October 15, 2020. The proposed tariffs provide a process for applying for water service; an allocation of costs and expenses associated with installing and maintaining service lines; and time limitations on collections related to under-billing and refunds related to over-billing. A copy of BMWC's filing is publicly available online at the Commission's website (http://psc.mt.gov) under Docket No. 2019.11.095. On March 20, 2020, the Commission issued a Notice of Operational Changes in Response to Coronavirus ("Notice"). Under the "Office Closed to Public" section of the Notice, the Commission outlined a temporary change for office closure during business hours. Therefore, a copy of the filing is not currently available at the Commission's business office.
