CCL's parent company, Lumen Technologies, Inc. ("Lumen"), was selected as a winning bidder in certain census blocks available in Montana under the FCC's Rural Digital Opportunity Fund ("RDOF") Phase I Auction. Those census blocks are located in the following Montana counties: Carbon, Flathead, Glacier, Jefferson, Lake, Lewis and Clark, Park, Sanders, and Yellowstone. CCL is a Lumen affiliate with authorization to serve the census blocks that fall outside the existing, authorized service area of Qwest Corporation (d/b/a CenturyLink) and CenturyTel of Montana, LLC (d/b/a CenturyLink). CCL's receipt of RDOF support for these service areas is contingent upon receiving designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier ("ETC") from the Commission by June 7, 2021. No. 27639 Kila School #20 RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO IMPOSE AN INCREASE IN LEVIES As an essential part of its budgeting process, the Kila School Board of Trustees is authorized by law to impose levies to support its budget. The Kila School Board of Trustees estimates the following increase/decreases in revenues and mills for the funds noted below for the next school fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021, using certified taxable valuations from the current school fiscal year as provided by the district. Building Reserve Fund. Estimated change in revenues: $21,777 increase. Estimated change in Mills: increase 6.27 mills. Estimated impact on a home of $100,000 is $8.46 increase and on a home of $200,000 a $16.92 increase. Transportation Fund. Estimated change in revenues: $12,692. Estimated change in Mills: increase 3.66 mills. Estimated impact on a home of $100,000 is $4.94 increase and on a home of $200,000 a $9.88 increase. Tuition Fund. Estimated change in revenues: $4,479.00. Estimated change in Mills: increase 1.29 mills. Estimated impact on a home of $100,000 is $1.74 increase and on a home of $200,000 a $3.48 increase. Total.
