Angela Zavala, 80

| March 31, 2021 12:00 AM

Angela Zavala, 80, of Bigfork, was born in Mexico in 1941 and passed away on March 24, 2021, in Kalispell.

She was a beloved wife, exemplary mother, grandmother, enviable mother-in-law, unmatched sister and aunt. She was known to be a warrior, loving, always smiling and an example of strength and union. Furthermore, she was an unstoppable worker and always firm with her ideas. She always sought the union and well-being of her family, of which she was always a unique pillar of love and perseverance. Visiting her home in Mexico, being with her family and taking care of her flowers gave her life because for her it was a moment of peace and love.

She was happily married for 65 years and always taught everyone that the family comes first. Her children Rosa, Robe, Chela, Hector, Lety, Baldo, Mario, Elsa, Jorge and Pete will always be grateful to have had a mother like her. God gave her husband Ubaldo the happiness and fortune of having her as a wife, friend and companion. Without a doubt, she leaves a seed of strength, love, wisdom and unity in her husband, her 10 children, 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Rosa and Serafin Castillo, Roberto and Kari Zavala, Chela and Toño Gil, Héctor and Gloria Zavala, Lety and Agustín Falcon, Baldo and Rosita Zavala, Mario and Sofía Zavala, Elsa and Marcelino Guzman, Jorge and Leslie and her youngest son Pete. You leave an empty space in each one of them, but you will always live in the hearts of all of us.

A celebration of her life and funeral services are pending. Arrangements are being made by Darlington Cremation and Funeral Services.
