John Henry Reid, 77

John Henry Reid, 77, passed away on May 1, 2021, at his home in Kalispell.

John was born in England to William Francis Reid and Ellen Degan Reid. They came to the U.S. on the Queen Mary in 1946.

John served in the U.S. Army for 25 years and then went to work for the U.S. Forest Service for 25 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and outdoor activities.

John was preceded in death by his father William Reid, and his mother Ellen Reid.

He is survived by his siblings, Janet and Robert Casne of Camano Island, Washington, Maureen Stanaway of Kalispell, Thomas and Nancy Reid Kalispell, Lola and Lloyd Wentworth of Shelby, Larry and Julie Reid of Kalispell, Kevin and Addy Reid of Thompson Falls, and Brian and Sherry Reid of Kalispell; his daughters Lindsay Ellen Reid and Richard Griffin and grandson Gunnar Weckworth of Kalispell, and Elizabeth Patricia Reid and grandsons Raymond John Crawford and Tayo Ryan Hansen of Kalispell.
