R. Mont. 38.5.1910(2) UTILITY DIVISION DOCKET NO. 2021.04.060 NOTICE OF REQUEST AND INTERVENTION DEADLINE On April 27, 2021, NorthWestern Energy ("NorthWestern") filed a Request for Immediate Discretionary Waiver of Admin. R. Mont. 38.5.1910(2) ("Request"). In its Request, NorthWestern asks the Commission to exercise its discretion, pursuant to Admin. R. 38.2.305, to waive application of Mont. Admin. R. 38.5.1910(2) as applied to renewable plus battery ("hybrid") Qualifying Facilities ("QFs"). On May 11, 2021, during its regularly scheduled business meeting, the Commission granted NorthWestern's Request on a limited basis. The Commission nevertheless intends to leave this docket open to address any issues that result from the Commission's grant of NorthWestern's Request. On March 20, 2020, the Commission issued a Notice of Operational Changes in Response to Coronavirus ("Notice").
