The city of Kalispell will host two open-house sessions on May 26 at the City Council Chambers to review the draft report of “Move 2040,” the Kalispell Urban Area Transportation Plan.

Move 2040 establishes a set of existing and projected conditions covering surface transportation in the Kalispell area to the year 2040. A series of transportation recommendations have been developed, evaluated, and prioritized to address future transportation needs facing the Kalispell area. The draft plan provides a list of needed transportation recommendations to address existing and projected transportation demand.

The open-house sessions will take place at the City Council chambers, 201 First Ave. E., from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a presentation at noon, and again from 4 to 7 p.m., with a presentation at 6 p.m.

To view a livestream of the presentations, contact Project Manager Wade Kline at wade.kline@kljeng.com by 9 a.m. on May 26.
