ROAM Beyond launches fall festival
ROAM Beyond’s Fall Harvest Festival starts this weekend at its Columbia Falls location and runs Oct. 9, 10, 16, and 17 from 12 to 5 p.m. each day.
Activities include a pumpkin patch and carving station, hay maze, beer garden and hayrides. Admission is $10 per vehicle and includes three activities.
ROAM Beyond operates campgrounds throughout the Flathead Valley with miniature cabins equipped with amenities such as a fire pit, kitchens and showers.

Tech company hosts brewery event
Endpoint Utility Corp, a new information technology company in the Flathead Valley, is celebrating its launch from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 13 at Kalispell Brewing Company.
The event will feature a one-of-a-kind tasting, a private brewery tour, and a fully hosted bar. Bar appetizers, pretzels, fries and more will be provided by Handle Brews food truck.

State requests proposals for workplace study
The Montana Department of Administration has released a request For qualifications for a Covid-19 remote and office workspace study and planning project that will evaluate all state of Montana agencies.
The study will look at adopting alternative workplace strategies such as shared office spaces, satellite offices, open-concept floor plans, and/or virtual offices.
The study will examine potential cost savings, employee retention and satisfaction, and customer service.
The request for proposals is open until 2 p.m. Oct. 25, with work beginning immediately after the contract is awarded.
