Erickson wins Mission Shadow Duels

POLSON — Columbia Falls Siri Erickson captured first place at the Mission Shadow Duels and lead the Wildkats to a second place finish on Saturday.

Erickson ran the course at the Polson Fairgrounds in 19:56. Columbia Falls’ Hannah Sempf placed third (20:31) and Polson’s Ashtyn Wagner was fifth (20:44).

On the boys side, Bigfork’s Jack Jensen placed second individually. Ryan Dupuis (17:40) and Drifter Skillicorn (17:59) led the Polson boys to a second place team showing, placing fourth and seventh individually. Logan Peterson of Columbia Falls placed ninth (18:04).

Hellgate won both the boys and girls team titles. The Hellgate boys scored 98 points and the girls had 36.
