Marijuana dispensaries could get the green light from the Kalispell City Council during a meeting Monday evening.
An ordinance before the council would make it legal to operate a marijuana dispensary with a conditional-use permit in all of the city’s business zones, as long as there is a 300-foot buffer from dispensaries to churches, schools, parks and city residential areas...
