Whitefish girls, boys roll Polson teams

POLSON — The Bulldogs continued their Northwest A soccer dominance with a 10-2 rout of Polson Tuesday. Whitefish, now 11-0, is also the winner of the conference.

Emma Barron scored a hat trick for Whitefish and had two assists. Sadie Olson, Adrienne Healy and Olivia Genovese scored two goals apiece. Sophie Olson scored one goal. Healy also got three assists.

Whitefish keeper Norah Schmidt had nine saves.

POLSON — Whitefish rolled Polson 6-0 Tuesday with goals from Gabe Menicke, Luke ROberts and Joe Brandt.

Collin Lyman also scored and assisted on Brandt’s first goal.

The Bulldogs (11-0 overall, 7-0 conference) led the Pirates 4-0 at the half.

Goalies Will Peppmeier, Ethan Schott, and Ayden Mintz combined for five saves in the shutout. Polson goalie Kaden Nelson had 13 saves.
