Lundberg, a member of the Montana State Bar, as successor trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, the following described real property situated in Flathead County, Montana, and described as follows: Lot 23 of GLENNS ADDITION, Phase 3, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana.
