Stillwater Christian downs Troy

Sophia Sulzbacher and Delaney Stirm had four kills each as the Stillwater Christian Cougars downed visiting Troy in volleyball action on Monday night.

Scores were 25-17, 25-19, 25-19.

Sulzbacher also served seven aces and Stirm had four blocks. Taylor Gray contributed nine digs to the effort.

“We struggled to get momentum going, but the girls always worked hard and played aggressive, especially in defense and serving,” said Stillwater coach Katie Guthrie.

Leslie Gravier led Troy with nine digs and Leah Clay served an ace.

Stillwater Christian (2-2) will play host at 7:15 p.m. Thursday to Whitefish.
