Whitefish spikers get first victory

WHITEFISH — Brooke Zetooney had seven kills, Emma Trieweiler added five and the Whitefish Bulldogs picked up their first volleyball win of the season Tuesday, beating Browning in straight sets.

Trieweiler added six aces for the Bulldogs (1-7 overall, 1-4 in the Northwest A), who won in their homecoming match. Ainsley Scott had three aces, eight assists and seven digs; Jodi Walburn had three blocks and five digs; Zetooney had two blocks and Ashleigh Markowitz five digs. Kaydence Blackwell had another six assists.
