A 2-year-old with a full diaper and a puppy in tow was reportedly seen unsupervised in front of an apartment building by someone who tried to prevent both of them from going in the road. Although the child and puppy were probably adorable no one claimed the pair when the person yelled, “Whose kid is this?” It looked like the child found his way home. One of his parents apparently was taking a nap and didn’t realize the other parent left and the child ran out. Kalispell Police Department counseled the people involved.

Someone complained about a man allegedly living in a park gazebo and “did not believe it was right for him to be sleeping there.”

A baby was reportedly heard crying for the past hour.

Someone wanted to know if it was against the law for a neighbor to ride a dirt bike around the property and requested extra patrol.

A man was allegedly found slumped over in his car, which was running, and didn’t respond when a passerby tried knocking on the window.

A truck was doing doughnuts in a parking lot and a passerby told officers they took a video although it was “not very good though.”

A man was speeding in town and swerving all over the road before pulling into an inn.

Two men alleged to have shoplifted in the past were reportedly going in and out of a store and an employee from a neighboring store was worried they were stealing from there and asked officers to “swing by and check on them.”

An intoxicated pedestrian allegedly couldn’t stand up straight and someone was concerned about her safety when she asked them to call 911 but wouldn’t say why.

Someone reportedly dumped a bunch of stuff that looked like it was from a garage sale in a parking lot.
