Knights top Wolfpack in rematch of state final
MISSOULA – The Knights got the better of Glacier Tuesday in a rematch of last year’s state AA soccer final, beating the Wolfpack 3-1.
Hellgate scored three quick goals to start the game, but Glacier kept up the pressure. A few halftime adjustments paid off with a goal by Hunter Lisowski, but Hellgate’s goalie stood fast.
“After those (goals) they didn’t have too much more on us,” Glacier coach Ryan Billiet said. “Really proud of the guys, kind of one of those games where you get a good measure of where you’re at.”
