Wolfpack girls heat up for first victory

Kenedee Moore heated up from three, her teammates heated from the line and the Glacier girls claimed their first basketball victory of the season Saturday, 48-33 over Bozeman.

Moore hit three 3-pointers and scored 14 points to lead the Wolfpack (1-3), who led 31-27 after three quarters at the Wolf Den. Then Moore, Sarah Downs, Noah Fincher and Karley Allen all hit a pair of fourth-quarter free throws as Glacier pulled away.

Downs and Fincher finished with 10 points each. The Pack was 14 of 22 at the line overall, and 8 of 9 in the fourth.

Tailyn black scored 12 points to lead the Eastern AA Hawks.

Glacier ‘s next game is a home contest Jan. 6 against Butte High.
