No. 28327 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: FDP-21-12 A request by Water and Environmental Technologies, on behalf of Jon Scott, for the removal and replacement of a boat lift and a boat house within the 100-year floodplain of the Flathead River. The proposed boat house is 24 feet long by 16 feet wide and 12 feet tall. The subject property is located at 200 and 250 Hanging Rock Drive in Bigfork and can legally be described as Tract 1 of COS 10748 in Government Lot 4 of Section 23, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
