Participants plunged into the frigid waters of Whitefish Lake during the 21st annual Penguin Plunge as part of the Whitefish Winter Carnival on Saturday, Feb. 5. Organized by the Law Enforcement Torch Run, this year's event raised over $60,000 for Special Olympics Montana.
