Kalispell man surrenders following SWAT response

The Kalispell police special response and Flathead County SWAT teams responded early Tuesday to an apartment complex on East Idaho Street looking for a local man with a $200,000 warrant.
Scott Foster, 34, of Kalispell, ultimately surrendered to police without issue, according to the Kalispell Police Department.
The warrant was issued by the state Department of Corrections for a probation violation.
