No. 28334 Libby School District #4 of Libby, Montana, will receive general contractor qualifications submittals for pre-construction and construction services for the Central Kitchen Relocation and Renovation. No. 28330 The Columbia Falls School District is soliciting through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) the services of a qualified Engineering firm to assist in defining the project scope/budget, project specifications, schematic design, preliminary cost estimating, and the development of construction bid specification documents. The District has identified the desire to replace the existing steam boiler/piping throughout the entire 150,000 square foot High School building and replace with a Hot Water system. The preliminary estimated cost of this project is $7 million.
