Law roundup: Hotel has reservations about drunk man
A drunk man, pushing a cart, allegedly refused to leave a hotel, insisting he had a reservation. When he finally left the lobby and went to the parking lot where he became combative with the general manager before taking off on foot. Kalispell Police Department caught up to the man, advising him he was banned from the hotel property.
Four employees allegedly resorted to pushing a man out of a bar because he refused to leave. A bar manager called the police to report that the man was in the parking lot arguing with other patrons and went behind the building where he kept “hollering and making a commotion.”
A property owner reportedly thought a woman was living in a vehicle they saw parked in the lot for about a week with an orange cone next to it. The woman told officers she ran out of gas.
